Move-in Special: One months rent will be given for free if you are approved by 04/30/2024. Your security deposit will be lowered to $1500.00. Please know that terms and conditions apply and to contact the property manager for more details.

To fill out an application, please download the form called "Residential Application" and make sure to open it up in Adobe pdf. If you type it in the internet browser form it pops up in, it will not save what you have typed out.

After submission of the application, please make sure to attach all necessary documents including but not limited to pay stubs and copy of drivers license for each applicant/co-signer on the lease. To attach the documents please send an email to ashley@garlandapartments.net

To pay the holding fee and background check fee explained on the last page of the application, please send to our paypal account directly at garlandappts@gmail.com. If you do not have a paypal account, please send a separate email to the email address above and we will request the funds to you to check out as a guest.
